We accompanied her to her father's house that evening, all we cared about was for her two kids to be alright. As a home walker, I was trained to bear people's burden upon my shoulders despite the fact that at times, it was not funny and it wasn't meant to be. At times, I tell jokes to keep them company but that wasn't the real me.
Funny enough, some of them appreciated it but I am the imiano. As a matter of fact, I realized that the world was taking a wrong turn. So, I had to intervene by saying things the way they are.
Right now here, we've got a case of a woman being treated like one inferior being out there all in the name of marriage. He has even issued her warnings as to what to do and what not to do, where to go and where not to go and finally, who to talk to and who not to talk to. As a matter of fact, he has told her not to cross two rooms out of the three they had. From my investigations, that is just one aspect of taking her away from freedom.
Another is taking away her joy, her happiness and her source of income through marriage fraud, half truth and selfishness because he told her that once married, he would allow her pursue her studies abroad, mind her business or even hold sway but ever since they got married, he has held her down as a house wife.
It is a sensitive matter because it involves families. So, I will do my best to stay safe！
