The following are the three （3）you should consider when going into any investment.


1. Budget

Budget is simply defined as the money you need in order to invest. It can as well be called capital. An educated person should know that every business needs it. Meanwhile, making investments is a form of business that does not require your attention. So, it is not stressful.

2. Duration

Our formula is simple, if you invest for 12monthst, you get 40％ of all your monies as profit. If you invest for a period of 6months, you get a whooping sum of 17.5％ as your return on investments and if you invest for a period of 3months, you are entitled to just 7％ of all your monies.


3. Strategy.

We don't mix things up, we say things the way they are. In real estate, there can be upto three different categories such as BUY AN BUILD, BUY TO SELL AND BUY AND WAIT. What happens is that in buy and build, you subscribe to the ownership of a plot of land or more and when allocation is done, you can start developing your parcel at once. In that way, you can be a landlord or even sell off the building. In the case of buy and wait, you buy plots of land and wait so that when the prices increase, you would be in the gain！You can even buy upto 100 plots and wait or yo can start small. In buy to sell, you buy land then wait, when it's due, the company sells the land and give you the money back with profit！


You can start investing with as low as N150k, #500k or even millions. You can as well choose to invest more and as time goes on, make profit.
