How to avoid sleepless nights
the truth about life is that having sleepless nights can be caused by two things which are listed below:
1. Worries
2. Achieve (or quest for so).
You don't sleep when you are in a warzone, am I clear?A woman who got pregnant out of wedlock finds it difficult to sleep.
So, what does these tell you?There are several factors that can contribute to having sleepless nights but it can be cured. The reason is because everything has a beginning and probably an end.
1. Have a timeline for your worries.
Let's not deny the fact that everybody has some worries but don't let them come between you and your sleep. The truth is that sleep is a good thing because it helps you get rest!Nobody came into this world to work all through 24 hours without having a rest even if you are a machine. Even robots go for maintenance. So, why shouldn't humans go on rest. I am not comparing humans with robots but if you let all the things you want to achieve pressure you into having sleepless nights, you might not be healthy enough to see them materialize.
Some of the ambitions that can make a person have sleepless nights are recorded below:
a. Ambition to become president
b. Quest for money
c. Ambition to make good grades in school
d. Pressure to get married
e. Ambition to rent an apartment and stay alone
f. Ambition to live up to expectation
g. job hunting
h. Ambition to get ride of negative societal influence
i. Peer pressure
j. etc
All these can culminate into not having a good night rest but do you the worst scenario here?It is when you can't sleep because you don't know what to think about.
2. Talk to friends.
You cannot be in a place for too long without being attracted to people who behave like you: talk to them, they might have better ideas.
3. Maintain your lane.
You better have a routine way of solving problems than just being hypersensitive at all things. Besides, thinking too much is not the best thing and worrying does not solve much problems either!
When you have good ideas about solving problems, put them down on a paper and deliberate on them later.
In one way or the other, one day, you shall find yourself looking back to say that you have tried.
